John Valentine is IT Campus Team Manager specialising in audio visual, hardware logistics and end user computing in IT and Digital.
Emily Webb is a Digital Education Specialist supporting the Faculty of Science and Engineering. She is based in the Digital Education team in the centre for Learning Enhancement and Educational Development (LEED). She is a Senior Fellow of AdvanceHE.
Eileen Pollard is Senior Lecturer in Academic Development in the University Teaching Academy in the centre for Learning Enhancement and Educational Development (LEED). She is a Principal Fellow of AdvanceHE.
Rod Cullen is Reader in Digital Education in the Digital Education team, LEED, Principal Fellow of AdvanceHE and a Lead Innovation Scholar.

In this episode, Rod Cullen speaks with John Valentine, Emily Webb and Eileen Pollard about the development of Hyflex delivery at Manchester Met. John explains how a Hyflex delivery platform has been collaboratively developed for new Hyflex-enabled teaching spaces by project management, IT and Digital campus teams, software developers, LEED (UTA and DigiEd) and academics. Emily shares her experience of creating CPD opportunities for and working with academic colleagues to develop flexible provision to be delivered through the new Hyflex spaces and the role of student peer guides in supporting this. Eileen shares insights into the potential of Hyflex provision in closing award gaps.
