A conversation with Orlagh McCabe and Sophie Bessant on the TREC approach to active learning

Dr Orlagh McCabe is Head of the University Teaching Academy and Assistant Director of LEED, a Reader in Learning and Teaching, a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a Fellow of the Staff and Educational Development Association (FSEDA). She is also the co-creator of the TREC model of active learning.
Dr Sophie Bessant is Assistant Head of the University Teaching Academy with a focus on Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) readiness. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Dr Rod Cullen is Reader in Digital Education based in the Digital Education team, Principal Fellow of AdvanceHE and a Lead Innovation Scholar.
